Proverbs 12:15-17

S: Proverbs 12:15-17
but the wise listen to others.16 A fool is quick-tempered,
but a wise person stays calm when insulted.

but a wise person stays calm when insulted.17 An honest witness tells the truth;
a false witness tells lies.

a false witness tells lies.

15 Fools think their own way is right,

O: If you think you are always right you are foolish as wise people listen to advice. Being quick tempered and not thinking through things is foolish as it is better to remain calm. Always tell the truth.

A: Don't always think you know it all as you don't. Stay teachable, willing to learn. Even if it doesn't seem like it's in your best interests - tell the truth.

P: Lord help me to not be quick tempered, foolish and not willing to take advice, and to always tell the truth. Thank you Lord for giving me this insight. Amen.
